Old Manor House. 2 storeys. Timber-framed with brick infilling on brick base. Old tile roof. The bargeboards to the wing-gables are carved with pierced quatrefoil tracery. The Manor of Bramley was held by Alvric under Edward the Confessor. It thereafter occurs regularly to the present day following the descent of Basing and later Stratfield Saye. O.S.A. No. SU65 NW6.
